One of the largest equipment rental companies in North America and backed by a network of more than 600 locations, Sunbelt Rentals successfully services a variety of customers, from those in the commercial, residential, industrial, municipal, and specialized service industries, to weekend do-it-yourselfers. Sunbelt’s extensive fleet exceeds $5.0 billion and includes general construction equipment, industrial tools, pumps and power generation equipment, trench shoring, scaffolding, remediation & restoration equipment, and more.

Business challenge

Sunbelt Rentals needed to prepare for their upcoming rebranding effort by moving their current website to the Oracle platform.

The solution

Our initial engagement included onsite discovery and installation, then a second phase to lift and shift their current site to the WebCenter Sites 12c platform. In addition to the original scope, the client expanded the implementation to include responsive design, content migration, and Endeca search.

Our client reported they are happy with the new site’s performance, number of visitors and percentage of mobile users. He also added that the team deserved a big round of applause for their hard work, especially for the efforts leading up to site launch. We look forward to kicking off the next project with Sunbelt Rentals.
